The program opens with Haydn’s String Quartet in B-flat Major, Op. 76, No. 4, nicknamed “Sunrise,” providing a glowing warmth and joy throughout the quartet. In contrast, Price’s Adoration offers a deeply expressive and spiritual interlude, rich with warmth and lyricism.
